TL;DR
Lead Software Engineer (C#/.NET/NodeJs) (Software Engineering): Designing, building, testing, and maintaining modern scalable software applications while leading technical teams and owning software projects with an accent on architecture, secure development, and continuous delivery. Focus on technical leadership, coaching engineers, solving complex customer problems, and delivering performant applications across the full technology stack.

What you will do

  • Lead teams developing, testing, and delivering modern, scalable, secure, and performant software applications.
  • Own software products and projects, including architecture, estimation, product planning, and user story or requirement creation.
  • Provide technical direction, interact with customers, share knowledge, and mentor colleagues.
  • Manage, coach, and develop junior team members, including supporting performance and career development.
  • Design, build, test, maintain, debug, and troubleshoot applications across all layers.

Requirements

  • Expertise in designing, building, testing, and maintaining modern software applications.
  • Experience providing technical leadership for teams building and testing scalable, secure, and performant applications using software development principles, practices, and patterns such as XP and TDD.
  • Experience owning the technical direction of a product or software project, including architecture, estimation, product planning, and user story or requirement creation.
  • Expertise in software design and development across all application layers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop junior team members and the wider community.
  • Experience with current Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques.

Nice to have

  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participation in knowledge-sharing activities within the team, across the wider capability, and externally where appropriate.
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting live applications.
  • Experience with multiple programming languages and data-storage technologies.
  • Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings.
