Customer Success Engineer (Identity)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer contact after onboarding and answer questions through email and Slack.
• Join Zoom sessions to investigate customer issues and provide implementation guidance.
• Guide IT teams through deploying passwordless authentication across computers, doors, and applications.
• Support environments using Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID, and SAML.
• Turn customer learnings into improved documentation and product enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience supporting customers with identity and access management implementations.
• Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, Entra ID, and SAML.
• Ability to communicate with customers through email, Slack, and Zoom and guide IT teams through technical rollouts.
