TL;DR
Senior Security Analyst – AI Frontier (Cybersecurity/AI): Gathering security, business, technical, and regulatory requirements and designing improved processes and operating models with an accent on BPMN, security controls, and regulated environments. Focus on translating complex requirements into user stories, validating security implementations, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and supporting vulnerability remediation.
Location: Hybrid — candidates must be based in Amsterdam, Brussels, London or Paris
Contract: 12 months + extension

What you will do
- Gather and document business, technical, security and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes using BPMN.
- Support Target Operating Model design, including workflows, responsibilities, controls and governance.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery documentation.
- Work with security and technology teams to ensure controls are understood, implemented and tested.
- Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies and automation opportunities; facilitate workshops and support Agile delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Security Analyst within cybersecurity, risk or technology transformation.
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated environment.
- Strong business analysis and requirements engineering experience.
- Hands-on BPMN experience, including AS-IS and TO-BE process modelling.
- Experience designing Target Operating Models.
- Strong understanding of security controls, risk management and regulatory requirements.
- Experience translating complex requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery, SDLC and requirements traceability.
Nice to have
- Application Security, vulnerability management or offensive security experience.
- Exposure to AI-enabled security tools or AI transformation projects.
- Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or IRM experience.
- Experience supporting RFI/RFP processes and vendor evaluations.
