Director of AI Security

Location: Hybrid, based in Nottingham or London, with 40% office attendance

What you will do

• Develop the next generation of AI security analysis tools for hirify.global.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for AI security and track current AI trends and insights.
• Own relationships with internal AI and security stakeholders and major AI vendors.
• Drive adoption of AI security initiatives across the organisation.
• Define and maintain processes, integrate services with enterprise systems, and support reliable, actionable insights from frontier AI cyber models.

Requirements

• Core experience developing security AI architecture for frontier AI cyber models; the specific model or technology background is open.
• Experience working with an AI-native or frontier AI company.
• Understanding of technical security and cloud security fundamentals.
• Strong technical leadership experience, including mentoring junior colleagues.
• Experience consulting with senior and technical colleagues as an authority on AI security and its implementation.
• University degree in Computing, AI, Science, or another STEM field, or equivalent experience in a technical security or AI role.
