Salary: $180,000-$280,000

What you will do

• Manage clusters, running 100’s of instances, deployed in every region.
• Write Golang daily and use Terraform for provisioning infrastructure, including Nomad for scheduling workloads.
• Build a platform that provides primitives to run untrusted code, focusing on performance improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in the conception and implementation of new platform features.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of software engineering experience, Golang preferred.
• You have extended experience with Containers, Virtual Machines, and Linux.
• You design systems that improve performance or increase reliability.
• You have built and operated distributed systems at scale.
• You have experience with schedulers and orchestrators for managing containers and non-containerized applications such as Nomad.
• Do you live in one of the following states? Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, West Virginia, or Wyoming.
