Head of Product, Enterprise (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; onsite in the office every day

Base salary: $250,000–$290,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the enterprise products, consoles, alerts, public API, packaging, pricing, integrations, and the path from signed contract to live customer.
• Reduce onboarding time through provisioning, geofences, user setup, training, and agent-supported implementation.
• Define the enterprise product roadmap using customer calls, support data, renewals, lost deals, and quantitative analysis.
• Select design partners, validate prototypes, and decide which customer needs become product capabilities.
• Build integrations with dispatch, camera networks, mass notification, and other systems used by cities, campuses, and hospitals.
• Set standards for agentic enterprise workflows, including where agents listen, verify, write, or route information and where human review is required.

Requirements

• Experience replacing a managed function with a system, including demonstrating what agents can do independently and where they still require human judgment.
• Experience owning a B2B product through the full cycle: shipping, selling alongside Sales, customer onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
• Demonstrated ownership of renewal or expansion results and the work driving those numbers.
• Experience packaging and pricing a technical API, platform, or integration so customers can buy it without a meeting and developers can use it without a call.
• Strong quantitative judgment, including building models, reading pipelines, and identifying misleading metrics.
• Willingness to build in New York City onsite, next to the Founder, every day.
• Commitment to the public safety mission and to building tools for institutions responding to real-world incidents.

• Reports directly to the Founder and works daily with Sales, Engineering, Real-Time Operations, Finance, and the consumer product peer.
• Product management production work is performed by agent teams; the role builds and operates those systems rather than hiring product managers.
• Success is measured by signed-to-onboarded time, live integrations, renewal and expansion revenue, customers served per person, API and enterprise reliability, and product loops run by agents.
• Full-time employment with a base salary of $250,000–$290,000 per year plus equity.

Hiring process

• The first 90 days include reviewing enterprise calls, contracts, pipeline, renewals, API documentation, onboarding, and a live Mission Control incident.
• Within 30 days, take over the weekly enterprise read and launch the first listening-loop agent; within 60 days, deliver the enterprise product plan and a measured onboarding improvement.
• Within 90 days, present the twelve-month plan, launch a customer integration, put a packaging decision into market, and establish a product loop no longer requiring human handling.
