Onsite Manager (M/F/D) (Intralogistics)

Location: Onsite at the customer site in Neuenburg am Rhein, Germany; the role requires high mobility and 95% travel.

What you will do

• Act as deputy to the overall project manager and coordinate communication between project management, applications engineering, construction, and the customer.
• Plan and supervise installation and commissioning work, covering quality, schedules, labour, and materials.
• Coordinate components, modules, equipment, and site facilities.
• Manage site personnel, occupational safety, and quality management.
• Conduct site meetings, training, partial acceptance procedures, and customer inspections.
• Create site documentation, process instructions, and operating manuals to transfer project know-how.

Requirements

• Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, operational management, mechatronics, automation engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience with plant engineering projects; experience as a site manager is preferred.
• Broad interdisciplinary technical knowledge and solid business expertise.
• Strong organizational skills, customer orientation, and management potential.
• Very good communication skills in English and German.
