Project Manager (m/f/d) for Space Electronics

Location: Immenstaad, Baden-Württemberg, Germany; flexible home office rules are offered.

What you will do

• Execute electronics development projects for the space market.
• Plan and manage project activities for cost, schedule, and quality.
• Lead a project team of highly skilled experts.
• Act as the main contact for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Report project status to company management and establish an efficient, team-oriented, customer-focused execution framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aerospace, electronics, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in space project management.
• Knowledge of space-related electrical design requirements, such as ECSS.
• Knowledge of the full space project life cycle, from design development and procurement through AIT.
• Strong commitment to delivering projects on cost, on time, and on quality.
• Proactive problem-solving approach, pragmatism, and flexibility.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in an international, interdisciplinary team.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of German.
