Head of Product Management (Underwater Systems)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of product and technical leaders.
• Define product strategies, roadmaps, and long-term portfolio development.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from early studies and concept development through delivery, support, upgrades, and phase-out.
• Oversee the Design Authority function, ensuring product integrity, technical coherence, and governance.
• Lead systems integration and requirements management across stakeholders, disciplines, and product domains.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, marketing and sales, production, and customer representatives.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as a people manager or in a senior leadership position.
• Experience in product management, systems engineering, product development, systems integration, requirements management, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of complex technical systems and product lifecycles.
• Ability to navigate strategic and operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Pass security vetting under applicable security-protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply to positions requiring security clearance.
