Digital Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

Salary: $114,700–$149,200 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Lead technology and digital transformation projects from planning through implementation and post-project review.
• Define requirements, scope, objectives, success measures, schedules, governance structures, budgets, contracting strategies, and Statements of Work with business and Digital stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate employees, contractors, vendors, systems integrators, and service providers.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, CapEx and OpEx allocation, risks, dependencies, scope changes, and mitigation plans.
• Track and communicate project performance, milestones, risks, outcomes, and recommendations to sponsors, steering committees, and senior leadership.
• Ensure delivery follows AltaGas' Project Delivery Methodology and applicable privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology, digital transformation, or IT.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
• Experience developing Statements of Work and managing third-party service providers.
• Strong project financial management, planning, risk management, governance, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present effectively to senior leadership and influence teams to drive accountability.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
• Collaborative, results-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
