ERP Project Manager

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $115,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Define objectives, scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes for ERP projects or products.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, delivery teams, resources, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, project plans, status reports, and governance artifacts.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, reviews, and issue-resolution discussions.
• Track progress using delivery metrics, feedback, and lessons learned to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of experience in a related professional role.
• Practical experience with Agile or hybrid delivery, planning, scope, milestones, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
• Experience in product, project, business analysis, or delivery disciplines relevant to the role.
• Ability to gather requirements, establish priorities, and communicate decisions.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and competing dependencies.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional project delivery practices.
• Strong planning, analytical, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage risks, issues, and changes while maintaining focus on business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Additional hands-on depth in Agile or hybrid delivery, planning, scope, milestones, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
• Experience managing multi-team dependencies, roadmaps, or enterprise stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements.
• Relevant professional certifications or advanced training in the role’s technology area.
