Construction Project Manager (Retail)

Location: Boston Hub, United States of America. Hybrid work allows working from home up to two days per week; the workplace is the specified office, store, or factory.

Salary: $107,885.00–$161,827.00 annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate store buildouts, remodels, refurbishments, maintenance, relocations, and special international retail projects, primarily across North America.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, reconciliation, cost control, status reporting, meetings, action items, and information flows.
• Coordinate hirify.global Retail, Real Estate, Store Development, Operations, Finance, Procurement, external project managers, vendors, architects, and general contractors.
• Lead vendor relationships, fixture inventory, warehouse coordination, fixture orders, shipping, delivery, and logistics.
• Develop and streamline construction processes, maintain project and fixture documentation, and analyze historical data and trends.
• Provide feedback, performance accountability, and coordination across global construction and retail teams.

Requirements

• Experience delivering retail construction projects, project management, or working in business development.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Global experience or experience working for an international company.
• Highly effective negotiation and collaboration skills, strong social skills, presentation skills, and professional conduct with senior partners.
• Ability to understand drawings, blueprints, as-built drawings, and shop drawings.
• Ability to learn, understand, and apply concept design and execution.
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office, Windows, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project; experience with PDF and CAD files.
• Willingness to travel approximately once per month.
