Sr. Project Manager - Retail ATM Program

Salary: $117,618.75–$138,375.00 annually

What you will do

• Lead project meetings, agendas, master budgets, timelines, reports, and drawing reviews across conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases.
• Coordinate consultants and construction teams, including selection, contracting, oversight, and integration with brokerage, building operations, and M.E.P. functions.
• Review requisitions, change orders, invoices, approvals, expenditures, and project documentation.
• Provide progress reports, recommendations, and required documentation to clients, account or portfolio managers, and facility management teams.
• Present services to clients and collaborate with building and facility personnel on quality, service, cost, and profit objectives.
• Supervise, develop, evaluate, and potentially hire project managers, space planners, and CAD operators.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related area.
• At least 7 years of directly related experience in an engineering or construction project accountability role.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management, including leading, motivating, and developing employees.
• Client focus, oral and written communication proficiency, leadership, technical proficiency, and consultation skills.
• Ability to implement government laws and regulations and follow established rulings of government authorities.
