Senior Product Manager, Organizational Units

Location: Remote U.S.

Salary: $207K–$244K base salary annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own organizational-unit creation, management, reporting, access, and permission workflows.
• Build agent-first organization management and insight experiences with authorization, human review, and traceability.
• Work with enterprise customers, prospects, sales, and customer success to understand organizational structures and define prioritized product specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver foundational platform capabilities for product teams, the public API, MCP, and Vanta Agent.
• Translate complex problems into prioritized product goals and drive execution across stakeholders.
• Support enterprise positioning and deliver products that address customer pain points and create competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B products for enterprises.
• Strong technical skills and experience with cross-platform initiatives in highly complex areas.
• Experience owning technical platform capabilities used by multiple teams or products.
• Experience working with LLMs, writing evaluations, and building agent-first experiences.
• Customer-focused approach, including proactive customer outreach, feedback synthesis, and collaboration with go-to-market teams.
• Strong curiosity, empathy, user focus, collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to qualitative user signals, quantitative analysis, roadmap planning, and prioritization.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Use AI in day-to-day work, build fluency through experimentation, and apply judgment to maintain a high quality bar for AI-assisted work.
