Claude AI (Senior) Architect (m/w/d)

What you will do

• Design target architectures for Claude enterprise rollouts, including Claude Enterprise, Claude API, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Microsoft Foundry.
• Define identity and permissions, logging, monitoring, security, compliance, guardrails, human-in-the-loop processes, and cost and latency controls.
• Translate DORA, the EU AI Act, and GDPR requirements into concrete technical solutions and support client reviews.
• Design integrations and agent architectures using MCP, skills, plugins, and the Claude Agent SDK.
• Plan rollouts, evaluations, and governance with the Adoption Lead; scope engagements, estimate effort, and build prototypes and reference architectures with Claude Code.
• Enable client IT and development teams through architecture workshops, design reviews, train-the-trainer formats, and technical coordination with Anthropic.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with a good to very good academic record in economics, business informatics, or a technical, natural science, mathematical, or related discipline.
• For the Senior Consultant level, 2–5 years of professional experience; the posting also describes a Consultant level requiring 1–2 years.
• Experience taking architecture responsibility for enterprise software or cloud platforms, ideally in regulated industries such as banking or insurance.
• Solid experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and identity and access management, including tools such as Entra ID, SSO, or SCIM.
• Production experience with LLM applications using tool use, retrieval, agents, or MCP, including their evaluation and security.
• Confident development skills in Python or TypeScript and regular use of Claude Code.
• Client-facing communication skills, including presenting technical content convincingly to C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent German and English skills at least at C1 level.
• Willingness to travel.
