Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, integrating and optimizing AI solutions.
• Build features, MVPs, scalable applications, and tools that improve customer outcomes.
• Develop full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Design and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning voices and transcribers.
• Manage APIs and third-party integrations while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Prioritize multiple projects, iterate based on customer feedback, and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• German-speaking communication skills.
• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python.
• Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning.
• Experience managing APIs and integrating third-party systems.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Highly independent, ownership-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
