Senior Software Engineer

What you will do

• Design, implement, and verify software subsystems, modules, and components.
• Develop efficient and maintainable software in C++, C, and Python.
• Build solutions for driver control, algorithm implementation, human-machine interfaces, and UI applications.
• Explore alternative technical approaches and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Review code, ensure quality and maintainability, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international, multidisciplinary, agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience with C++, C, and Python in the high-tech domain.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, UML, unit testing, Agile, and software design principles.
• Strong problem-solving, proactive, and collaborative approach.
• Good command of English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch.
• Experience contributing to technical events and knowledge-sharing sessions.
