Service Product Line Manager (AI)

Salary: $100,000.00–$136,500.00 annually

What you will do

• Manage service readiness for wafer fabrication equipment throughout the product life cycle, including training, documentation, spares readiness, part repair, and related components.
• Coordinate service product roadmap releases and program schedules using reports, charts, checklists, and project plans.
• Drive Design for Installation and Design for Service programs for capital equipment.
• Perform ROI, sensitivity, product analytics, value estimation, IP strategy, design-for-protection, and residual-value assessments.
• Help develop sensor and data tools for preventive and corrective maintenance and incorporate new initiatives into the service product portfolio.
• Engage suppliers and customers to monitor project progress against quality and cost metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Technical background in equipment and machinery.
• Ability to apply managerial analytical skills and financial quantification approaches.
• Strong analytical skills using software tools, business intelligence tools, and AI agents.
• Presentation skills and ability to explain complex information in straightforward situations.
• Ability to analyze potential solutions using technical experience, data insights, and precedents.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration with a STEM focus.
