Senior Transformation Manager (AI)

Location: US Remote, United States

Salary: $93,250–$166,250 per year, plus eligibility for the company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Define complex, cross-functional projects with business leaders and manage plans, milestones, governance, confidentiality commitments, and clearances.
• Lead transformation activities including process documentation and optimization, future-state definition, gap analysis, and stakeholder analysis.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate transformation, integration, downstream, and future risks while recommending solutions.
• Manage communication plans, stakeholder engagement, change management interventions, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Partner with functional and change leaders to develop strategic recommendations for operational excellence and business model enhancements.
• Improve transformation and change management frameworks while using AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to support process optimization, decision-making, and scalable change.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, project management, and/or change management for large-scale projects.
• Experience with transformation methodologies, including digital transformation approaches, and project management tools.
• Experience with research-backed change management practices and frameworks.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage cross-functional and executive-level stakeholders through complex changes.
• Strong strategic mindset, business acumen, judgment, problem-solving, and ability to identify and recommend solutions for risks and challenges.
• Ability to guide executive-level decision-making, facilitate conversations, build consensus, and translate business goals into defined projects and initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across divisions and organizational levels, including influencing and partnering with others.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for audiences ranging from project teams to executive leaders.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project goals, priorities, and constraints; demonstrated ability to use AI and advanced analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
