Software Engineering Technical Specialist – Workday Integrations (Workday)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across HR and enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain integrations connecting Workday with Payroll, Benefits, IAM, Recruiting, Learning, and third-party applications.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Security, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production incidents.
• Support Workday releases, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and employee lifecycle process improvements.
• Improve integration reliability, monitoring, automation, operational efficiency, documentation, testing artifacts, and support procedures.

Requirements

• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations.
• Ability to integrate Workday with HR, payroll, benefits, identity and access management, recruiting, learning, and third-party systems.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Payroll, Security, IT teams, vendors, engineers, architects, and administrators.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production incident resolution.
• Knowledge of data accuracy, security, compliance, operational stability, and scalable HR technology solutions.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, testing artifacts, and support procedures.
