Workday Integration Developer

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, or H-1B transfer candidates.

Salary: $115,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Gather business and technical requirements and document current-state and target-state processes.
• Configure, develop, integrate, administer, and support Workday and related enterprise applications.
• Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process dependencies.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Support deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, integration monitoring, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a related professional role.
• Practical experience with Workday Studio/EIB, Core Connectors, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP, transformations, and integration monitoring.
• Experience implementing, developing, administering, or supporting Workday or the relevant enterprise platform.
• Strong understanding of relevant business processes and Workday core capabilities.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions.
• Knowledge of integrations, data flows, testing, and production support.
• Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and external partners.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be eligible for direct W2 employment in the United States; the role is not open to C2C or 1099 arrangements.

Nice to have

• Additional hands-on depth in Workday Studio/EIB, Core Connectors, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP, transformations, and integration monitoring.
• Experience with cloud services, automation, and modern delivery practices relevant to the project.
• Familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Relevant professional certifications or advanced training in the role’s technology area.
