Inside Technical Solutions Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Onsite in Warsaw, Poland

Annual salary: 240,000–285,000 PLN

What you will do

• Translate customer specifications, drawings, and application requirements into practical, cost-effective technical solutions.
• Support customers and sales teams throughout quotation activities with technical guidance, clarifications, documentation, and commercial proposal support.
• Manage technical project execution from RFQ through quotation, order execution, change orders, technical clarifications, deliverables, and shipment.
• Coordinate requirements and deliverables across customers, sales, suppliers, procurement, and internal teams.
• Support customer satisfaction, KPI delivery, standard work, and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Relevant technical education and/or practical experience in engineering, technical sales support, application engineering, proposal engineering, project engineering, or a comparable technical role.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret customer specifications and translate requirements into appropriate solutions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with customers, sales teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive, and customer-focused working style with the ability to manage priorities independently and meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Good digital skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM, ERP, or other business systems.
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce in technical quotation, project, order management, or customer support processes.
• Knowledge of filtration technologies, pressure vessels, industrial processes, or process equipment.
• German and/or Polish language capability.
• A degree in Mechanical, Process, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, with experience in energy, chemical, manufacturing, process, or other industrial environments.
