What you will do

• Explore how AI, automation, and digitalisation may affect roles, processes, and ways of working.
• Research future-ready Centre of Excellence models and industry best practices.
• Analyse future capability and workforce requirements.
• Develop recommendations and contribute to a future workforce roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions to gather insights and support transformation initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to support decision-making and organisational development.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Organisational Design, Human Resources, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Strategy, or a related field.
• Final-year internship of approximately 6 months.
• Strong interest in organisational transformation and future workforce development.
• Curiosity about the opportunities and challenges created by AI and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate research findings into practical, actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership of work.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
