Consultant/Manager, Life Sciences Strategy Consulting

Location: Hybrid work arrangement in France, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany, or South Africa.

What you will do

• Lead or support multiple strategic consulting projects across the life sciences industry.
• Structure complex business problems and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Design and oversee primary and secondary research, strategic frameworks, client reports, presentations, and workshops.
• Manage client stakeholders, cross-functional teams, project workstreams, and senior executive presentations.
• Develop client relationships, support proposals and pitches, and identify follow-on opportunities.
• Coach junior team members and support recruitment, training, capability building, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Consultant: 3–6 years of relevant experience; Manager: 6+ years of relevant strategy consulting experience, including leading project workstreams and managing client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in life sciences strategy consulting or a related field, including strategic projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical, interpretative, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing workstreams, projects, or client relationships and working effectively within cross-functional and international teams.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, strategic frameworks, and structured problem-solving approaches.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality standards; curiosity, adaptability, leadership potential, and a collaborative mindset.
• Right to live and work in the recruiting country.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MSc, MPH, PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent.
