Lead AI Business Analyst

Location: Dublin, Ireland; primarily in-office

What you will do

• Lead AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, adoption initiatives, and transformation programs across multiple business functions.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop AI use cases that improve operational efficiency, productivity, decision-making, scalability, and stakeholder experience.
• Translate business intent into domain models, state machines, integration contracts, executable policy rules, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Design future-state workflows and AI-enabled dashboards, scorecards, chatbots, executive reporting, playbooks, training materials, and knowledge assets.
• Establish analysis standards, reusable artifacts, and best practices for AI and automation initiatives.
• Partner with IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and a multi-skilled team; provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Digital Transformation.
• Insurance expertise across at least two of: commercial lines policy administration, claims, specialty, reinsurance, financial reconciliation, or regulatory reporting.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and leveraging AI technologies.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Vertex AI, Gemini, AI Agents, and workflow automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI-assisted content generation, Agentic AI frameworks, and business process automation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience implementing AI governance, training, and adoption programs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
• Strong project management skills for driving complex engagements with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Nice to have

• AI certification, such as Google AI Essentials or IIBA CBDA.
