Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Dublin, hybrid

Salary: c.€80,000 + bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and priorities.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support systems, transformation, integration, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
• Work with business and technical teams to develop practical solutions.
• Investigate system and data issues, support internal systems development, and manage multiple projects and priorities.

Requirements

• Strong Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and delivering business or technology change.
• Experience across systems, transformation, integration, or process improvement projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, SaaS, consulting, or another fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to enterprise systems, automation, data, or AI.
