Software Engineer (Enterprise AI)

Location: Virtual/hybrid; must live within 100 miles of Lexington, MA, United States, and be able to come on-site for mission-critical work.

What you will do

• Build and support infrastructure, tools, and services that enable staff to use enterprise AI technologies.
• Develop automation and deployment solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and security of infrastructure and operational systems.
• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and tune Linux systems using scripting and automation tools.
• Support containerized, artifact registry, and AWS serverless workloads.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain an active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of independently solving technical problems and delivering functional systems on tight schedules.
• At least 3 years of developing automation solutions with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• At least 3 years of AWS experience, including EC2, S3, cloud development, and deployment.
• At least 3 years of experience with container and artifact registries, including JFrog Artifactory, and containerization or orchestration technologies such as Docker, Docker Swarm, or Kubernetes.
• At least 3 years of configuring and maintaining Linux systems, including Linux troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• At least 3 years of experience with serverless computing, including AWS Lambda.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
