Software Engineer: Infrastructure (AI)

What you will do

• Own infrastructure across the stack for cloud-based robotics systems.
• Manage CPU and GPU compute for cost-effective, high-throughput processing of petabytes of data.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for storing and processing petabyte-scale datasets.
• Support the infrastructure behind APIs, services, and monitoring systems.
• Maintain the security posture of the infrastructure and data.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing high-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Strong familiarity with AWS services or equivalent cloud platforms and their permission models.
• Experience with Python-based services is relevant, as the services are predominantly written in Python.
• Strong opinions on the proper use of coding agents in an infrastructure setting.
