Senior Solution Architect (AI)

Location: London; remote workplace

Salary: £110,000–£150,000 base salary annually, plus uncapped commission and equity.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise customers on technical architecture, implementation, and AI-driven software modernization.
• Lead technical discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Run proofs of concept and demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Guide customers through integrating hirify.global into existing development environments.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the customer lifecycle and translate feedback into product and roadmap insights.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders and executives, drive post-sale adoption and expansion, and connect customer teams with the CTO and AI Engineering team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Experience working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
• Experience helping companies modernize engineering workflows.
• Previous experience at Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies.
