Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (Healthcare)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, with remote work available from Indiana or Kentucky; occasional onsite work at the Louisville facility is required.

Salary: $168,000–$231,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Advise Medicaid Finance and business owners on department budgets and forecasts.
• Manage the monthly administrative close cycle and lead the annual budget process.
• Develop long-term plans, financial models, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Analyze investments, transactions, industry trends, economic indicators, and competitive conditions.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and senior executives on hiring plans, new-state growth, and enterprise-wide strategies.
• Lead and develop finance staff while driving action plans to improve performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 8 or more years of technical experience.
• 5 or more years of indirect or direct management experience.
• Experience providing strategic financial guidance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a CPA.
• Prior finance or accounting experience in the health insurance industry.
