Senior Specialist, Digital Human Health (DHH) IT FP&A

Location: Hybrid role based in Rahway, New Jersey, United States; U.S. and Puerto Rico residents only. The role supports U.S. business hours and requires 10% travel.

Salary: $106,200–$167,200 base salary per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable.

What you will do

• Partner with DHH IT stakeholders and assigned Value Teams on investment, workforce, resource allocation, and demand decisions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and LROP/LRCP for assigned Value Teams.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate financial drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Develop integrated business cases for technology investments, evaluating costs, benefits, assumptions, risks, and expected value.
• Consolidate and reconcile financial plans with the DHH IT Finance Director and Singapore-based Finance team.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, resolve issues across time zones, and improve financial planning, analysis, and reporting systems.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, business operations, business strategy, investment management, or a similar field.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial planning, and reporting.
• Experience serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor across a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills, including translating complex financial data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of financial evaluation methods, including return on investment, expected benefits, and value realization.
• Initiative, curiosity, adaptability, accountability, collaboration, and a customer-focused approach; ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills, plus advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and willingness to adopt new technologies and ways of working.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA.
• Experience using Apptio for financial planning and reporting.
