Application & AI Delivery Manager

Salary: $89,300–$118,000 annual full-time salary

What you will do

• Own business relationships for application, automation, and AI initiatives, leading discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
• Advise stakeholders on solution options, define success criteria and outcome metrics, and measure adoption, productivity, cost, risk, and user-experience results.
• Own and improve the enterprise application and AI intake process, coordinating governance, vendor, security, legal, privacy, procurement, and responsible AI reviews.
• Coordinate approved initiatives through planning, testing, pilots, deployment, go-live, adoption, stabilization, and transition to operational ownership.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, engineering, architecture, security, infrastructure, vendors, and governance stakeholders.
• Improve intake, governance, documentation, reporting, standardization, technology reuse, and the stakeholder experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; if using equivalent experience, a High School Diploma is required. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in business relationship management, technology initiative leadership, product management, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to identify needs, shape solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• High proficiency facilitating discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and cross-functional working sessions.
• High proficiency with hands-on building and deploying AI productivity tools and AI agents in a business or enterprise context.
• High proficiency working with cross-functional business and technical teams, application delivery lifecycles, governance processes, and technology implementation practices.
• High proficiency in stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, organization, and balancing business objectives, risk, and delivery timelines.
• Ability to establish cooperative relationships, provide customer service, organize and prioritize work, analyze problems, maintain accuracy, and exercise strict confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a primarily sedentary role and communicate verbally and in writing; able to use standard computer equipment and lift up to 10 lbs.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience with enterprise application governance, vendor management, or technology portfolio management.
• 1–3 years of experience leading AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
• 1–3 years of familiarity with security, privacy, compliance, and risk management processes.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, product management, or related professional certifications.
