What you will do

• Lead complex strategic assignments, frame enterprise-level choices, and advise senior stakeholders on risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Translate customer needs and external developments into future scenarios, strategic implications, and recommendations.
• Explore how technology, regulation, and societal developments may affect hirify.global’s future direction.
• Develop and validate business cases for new opportunities while building senior sponsorship, commitment, and ownership.
• Connect strategies and major change initiatives across hirify.global to strengthen coherence and shared priorities.
• Monitor critical assumptions and adapt strategic approaches when new evidence becomes available.

Requirements

• Strong academic foundation in strategy, economics, business, finance, innovation, technology, sustainability, data, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate strategy, business development, consulting, innovation, corporate finance, or transformation.
• Strong strategic judgement, including the ability to distinguish facts from assumptions and identify connections across domains.
• Clear and influential communication skills, including building narratives, facilitating senior discussions, and adapting messages to different audiences.
• Trusted stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create commitment among people with different interests without relying on formal authority.
• Professional proficiency in English required; Dutch is useful but not required.
