Consultant (Orphoz)

Location: Amsterdam, with travel up to 80% and on-site or hybrid work from Monday to Thursday; Fridays are dedicated to firm development.

What you will do

• Translate organizational goals into initiatives, measurable KPIs, and value-creation plans covering EBITDA, cash flow, and operational capabilities.
• Redesign organizations by implementing new operating models and systems for lasting impact.
• Lead transformations and run Transformation Offices focused on measurable outcomes.
• Mobilize leaders, coach teams, and build organizational resilience.
• Collaborate with McKinsey experts and client stakeholders to connect strategy with execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar field, supported by a strong academic record.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering transformation programs.
• Experience in operational excellence and implementation, procurement transformation, post-merger integration, or implementing AI projects to reshape company operations.
• Business-level fluency in English, Dutch, and French, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and proactive approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in operating-model redesign or procurement excellence.
• Lean/Six Sigma or PMP/Agile certification.
• Functional experience with AI-related solutions such as analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
