Director Field Services PMO

Location: Remote, New Hampshire, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $157,000–$203,960 per year.

What you will do

• Lead resource and capacity planning within a global, matrixed organization and resolve cross-program resource conflicts.
• Advise business and executive leaders on delivery capacity, portfolio risk, and prioritization.
• Lead change management and adoption of PMO processes, tools, and standards.
• Direct portfolio management, including project intake, prioritization, capacity planning, investment tracking, and delivery governance.
• Establish career paths, certification opportunities, and professional development programs for project management capabilities.
• Define performance measures and continuously evolve the global Field Services PMO operating model and delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• Progressive IT program or project management experience, including five or more years in a senior PMO leadership role supporting global or multi-region portfolios.
• Experience managing large IT services portfolios.
• Working knowledge of IT financial management, ITIL practices, and enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
• Experience building and leading global or distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Strong proficiency with portfolio and project management platforms such as ServiceNow SPM and Planview.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, including presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences.
