Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York City, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale office.

Base salary: $95K–$110K annually, plus eligibility for the Company Bonus Pool and new-hire equity.

What you will do

• Translate strategic initiatives and stakeholder requirements into buildable product features with clear benefits.
• Communicate data-based decisions and implementation plans.
• Partner with developers to define functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and discrete delivery tasks.
• Support QA by defining positive and negative test cases, identifying bugs, and assisting with resolution.
• Complete functional testing and provide initial product sign-off before end-user verification.
• Develop processes and tools to track usage trends and inform future development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Exceptional business and systems analysis skills, including the ability to understand and document business and functional requirements and use cases.
• Consistent management of project work through the SDLC.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment and meet deadlines under tight time constraints.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and QA resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with internal stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL and the ability to read and write SQL to a provable extent.

Nice to have

• Finance or retirement-plan knowledge.
• Data-science degree.

• Former junior engineering experience.
