Launch Project Manager (Marketing & Communications)

hirify.global AB is hiring for an execution-focused launch project management role supporting product or marketing launches.

What you will do

• Manage launch timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action plans.
• Coordinate Marketing & Communications, Product, Legal, external agencies, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
• Track agency deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and overall delivery progress.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve operational issues, and escalate critical risks.
• Report project status, risks, and outstanding actions to senior management.
• Coordinate launch-event preparation, suppliers, schedules, and on-site activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing project management, launch coordination, or communications project delivery.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
• Experience coordinating external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, or corporate events.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Experience reporting project progress, risks, and escalations to senior management.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and supporting on-site event execution.

• Product launch and go-to-market execution experience.
• Marketing & Communications project experience.
• Event management and operational coordination experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
