Project Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead the Service Market Technology project team from PCI through EG and secure gate targets and deliverables.
• Own, manage, and follow up on SMT project budgets.
• Develop and monitor SMT timelines and contribute to the overall project schedule.
• Integrate SMT requirements and deliverables, including V&V, into project plans.
• Define and drive SMT deliverables according to the Project Description.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in product development or aftermarket projects.
• Knowledge of process and product development.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to make high-level decisions with limited information and competing priorities.
• Strong business understanding and ability to work across functions.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, positive, and proactive mindset.
• Ability to take ownership and drive projects toward successful delivery.
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
• Experience with aftermarket operations and documentation.
