Financial Reporting Analyst (Capital Access Platforms)

Location: New York City, New York, United States; hybrid home/office schedule for most positions

Base pay: $71,000–$121,000 per year, plus annual bonus/commission and equity.

What you will do

• Partner with divisional and business unit CFOs and finance leads on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Deliver financial analysis and variance commentary against actuals, budgets, and forecasts, identifying drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support month-end close and forecast processes, including accurate transaction recording and data integrity across reporting and planning outputs.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting for strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and performance management.
• Prepare and present financial reporting and executive-level insights to senior management while improving financial processes, models, and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• High proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
