Financial Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends and recommend profit-enhancement opportunities.
• Improve financial processes, systems, controls, data collection, and reporting accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements and liaise across finance, operations, and technology.
• Lead and participate in finance-function improvement projects, managing timelines, scope, and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and expense management.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to lead projects and initiatives within cross-functional teams and work under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• Experience using AI tools, particularly Claude, for innovation, automation, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
