TL;DR
UX Designer (Service Design): Creating intuitive, user-centred digital services based on user needs and design principles with an accent on design systems, journey mapping, accessibility, and usability testing. Location: Belfast, United Kingdom; the role is available in three locations.

What you will do
- Deliver intuitive service experiences based on user needs and design principles.
- Guide the creation of design systems and advocate UX best practices by example.
- Contribute to and facilitate ideation workshops, research, and strategic planning.
- Lead the creation and use of journey and process maps to prioritise and guide design direction.
- Analyse information architecture and design within technical and business constraints.
- Facilitate accessibility audits and usability testing, collaborate with project teams, and help develop the UX design practice.
Requirements
- Ability to guide design-system creation and advocate best practices.
- Ability to contribute to ideation workshops, research, and strategic planning.
- Ability to lead journey and process mapping in project contexts.
- Awareness of technical and business limitations and ability to design accordingly.
- Ability to analyse and review existing information architecture.
- Ability to facilitate accessibility audits and usability testing.
- Ability to establish the value of UX design with wider project teams and contribute to developing the UX design practice.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of user-centred design practices.
- Understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Experience in a full-service digital agency environment.
- Active participation in relevant communities, such as online groups or conferences.
