Lead Digital Designer

Location: Remote across the UK and Europe

Salary: £55,000–£75,000 per year

What you will do

• Set the visual direction for client marketing websites from concept through launch.
• Make complex products clear to technical buyers.
• Design pages that work across every breakpoint.
• Review designs, write briefs, and coach designers through feedback.
• Present visual direction to clients and maintain it through development alongside strategists and developers.
• Manage several projects concurrently, keeping schedules on track and identifying risks early.

Requirements

• 6+ years of website design experience, including time leading projects.
• Portfolio of shipped marketing websites.
• Fluency in Figma and an understanding of CMS platforms and components.
• Ability to present design direction clearly and confidently.
• Ability to judge when a page should remain restrained and when it should be visually bold.

Nice to have

• Experience generating images with AI.
