About the Role

You will administer and improve cloud, SaaS, MDM, and hybrid systems that support a distributed workforce. You will provide remote technical support, manage equipment and access, lead incident response, automate operational work, enforce security policies, and document reliable operating practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of systems administration or infrastructure engineering experience
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and MDM solutions
• Knowledge of Jumpcloud or Okta
• Knowledge of networking, identity management, and access control
• Experience making technical decisions under pressure
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Provide ticket management and remote technical support
• Support hardware, software, networking, and videoconferencing
• Complete onboarding and offboarding technical tasks
• Procure and ship equipment to remote employees across the EU
• Execute large-scale technical projects and company-wide technology initiatives
• Administer cloud infrastructure, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian
• Manage hybrid systems and cloud workload integrations
• Administer and optimize SaaS and MDM tooling
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
• Build automation to reduce manual work and improve observability
• Define and enforce security and access control policies
• Partner with Security teams on compliance requirements
• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
