What you will do

• Deploy, configure, maintain, monitor, patch, and fine-tune Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Perform daily environment health checks, server CPU and memory scaling, and management of unattached volumes and snapshots.
• Process certificate requests and renewals for Internet-facing sites.
• Resolve user requests and system issues through the ServiceNow ticket queue.
• Audit ServiceNow server records monthly to support SOC 2 compliance and attestation requirements.
• Support process improvement, requirements gathering, product research, service delivery, and cloud infrastructure documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or certification from an accredited technical college or institute.
• 2+ years of applied experience supporting cloud-based enterprise systems for a large IT organization with 100+ people.
• Beginner to intermediate understanding and personal experience applying technology control processes, including Change Management, Availability Management, and Production Acceptance.

Nice to have

• Azure certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Fundamentals.
• AWS certifications: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• IT operations or service management certifications: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Cloud+, or HDI Support Center Analyst.
