Verification & Validation (V&V) Lead (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end Verification & Validation activities across software verification, complete vehicle validation, and test vehicle management.
• Coordinate vehicle requirements, test vehicle quantities, test plans, test resources, test rigs, adaptive testing, and complete vehicle validation.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and progress across line organizations and individual projects.
• Coordinate spare-parts procurement with logistics and lead vehicle benchmarking, test events, and test expeditions.
• Coordinate vehicle testing throughout the complete vehicle development lifecycle and interface with project teams, engineering functions, and global development organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and international stakeholders to ensure effective execution of V&V activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in full vehicle development projects covering all development phases from PS to OktB.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and Over-the-Air (OTA) updates.
• Experience with test planning, test rigs, and complete vehicle Verification & Validation.
• Good understanding of automotive product development and vehicle testing processes.
• Experience in budget planning, resource allocation, and project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities; proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented, adaptable, and effective in international and multicultural teams.
