Senior HR Project Manager

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects and strategic people and workforce initiatives.
• Establish project structures, timelines, risk management, reporting, and governance through project management tools.
• Manage senior stakeholders, including Directors and C-suite executives, and build trust across the business.
• Connect Talent Acquisition, Reward, L&D, and People Operations to ensure alignment and project visibility.
• Guide commercial HR conversations and support operational change and maturity initiatives.
• Escalate risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery of complex short- and long-term projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in or deep working knowledge of HR functions.
• Experience building trust with and influencing senior stakeholders, with the credibility to command the room.
• Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict management skills in complex change environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and a structured, pragmatic approach to business-aligned outcomes.
• Experience in a mature, fast-paced corporate environment, preferably across international locations.
• English is the company working language; submit the CV in English.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI transformation projects or use of modern AI tools in HR workflows.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
