What you will do

• Support qualitative analysis, market-data analysis, pricing insights, and identification of future trends and issues.
• Use SharePoint, Power BI, Databricks, SQL, and Python for basic data analysis.
• Create visualisations and dashboards and support regular and ad-hoc business reporting.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand commercial and data requirements, gather feedback, and refine analytical outputs.
• Communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences and participate in meetings and workshops.
• Manage key projects from conception through completion, meeting milestones, objectives, timelines, and cost expectations.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification, such as an apprenticeship, A-levels, or BTEC; applicants with a STEM degree are also welcome, or equivalent work experience, typically two years in a relevant role.
• Five GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• A keen interest in data analysis and a desire to learn, with commitment to learning and working at the same time.
• Decision-making ability, influencing and teamwork skills, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Time-management and organisational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using Power BI and Excel.
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, and/or Python.
