Senior Inventory Operations Manager, EMEA

What you will do

• Lead daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end inventory reconciliation across B2B and D2C hirify.global Direct distribution operations.
• Investigate warehouse, SAP, and operational-record discrepancies, including daily iDoc errors and EDI-related issues, and ensure accurate corrective transactions.
• Coordinate physical counts, cycle counts, wall-to-wall counts, and warehouse adjustment approvals in line with governance requirements.
• Partner with Warehouse Operations, Planning, Sales, PSD, Supply Chain, Finance Governance, and external 3PL partners to resolve escalations and systematic inventory issues.
• Support audits, evidence gathering, inventory controls, compliance activity, process standardisation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Inventory Control, Planning, Supply Chain Operations, or a related field.
• Strong experience with warehouse inventory processes, reconciliation, cycle counts, physical counts, and audit controls.
• Strong SAP experience; knowledge of iDocs and EDI transactions is preferred.
• Understanding of B2B and D2C distribution centre operations.
• Strong Excel capability, ideally at medium to advanced level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and practical solution delivery.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Planning, Sales, Warehouse Operations, and external 3PL partners.
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Process improvement or Lean experience.
• APICS, Inventory Control, Quality Management Systems, or Project Management certification.
