Fleet Manager (Electric Vehicles)

Location: Full-time position based in Germany or Austria; occasional site visits to workshops, carriers, and customers.

Salary: Minimum gross salary of EUR 45,000 per year, with a higher offer possible depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Manage repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting for heavy electric trucks, trailers, and related equipment.
• Build relationships with external workshops, dealers, and service partners.
• Coordinate maintenance windows with transport planners and carriers to meet customer transport needs.
• Track vehicle uptime, maintain documentation, and escalate recurring technical issues.
• Review and approve hardware-related invoices.
• Support customer-site deployments, go-live activities, and occasional on-site visits.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with heavy-duty vehicles; electric-vehicle experience is a strong plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with drivers, technical partners, and internal teams.
• Practical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities for daily operational challenges.
• Comfort using digital tools and fleet-management systems.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a fleet manager or in vehicle maintenance.
• Driver’s license C/CE and B.
