Expert IT Vendor Management (m/fd) (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate the IT vendor and contract lifecycle to support compliant, cost-transparent sourcing.
• Analyse invoices and cloud costs by domain, function, and cost type to create actionable spend views.
• Monitor vendor and contract information for transparency and adherence to contractual requirements.
• Evaluate commercial and vendor information to support sourcing and make-or-buy decisions.
• Provide IT stakeholders with vendor, contract, and cost insights, coordinating with procurement, governance peers, and external vendors.
• Contribute to vendor renegotiations using commercial judgement and foundational contract-law knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in vendor and/or contract management.
• Practical experience with sourcing-related topics in an IT environment.
• Foundational knowledge of negotiation principles and contract law.
• Ability to analyse invoice and cost information and apply vendor and contract management principles across the contract lifecycle.
• Ability to evaluate commercial information for sourcing and make-or-buy decisions.
